SikkU Sign Riders

SikkU’s Sign Rider Program is designed to work seamlessly with your listings. Buyers out searching for homes can pull up to your listing, see they can text for information, and instantly receive everything to his/her cell phone. Before a listing Agent is ready to start capturing Leads from the SikkU Sign Rider Program, two crucial steps must be completed:

1) Link Account¶

You must link your SikkU account to the MLS. This is how listings are imported to your account and how SikkU knows who to deliver the lead to. Note: Leads will not be delivered unless you link your account. Remember, once you link your account, all your listings will automatically import into the “My Listings” tab of your account. All listing information is imported from the MLS and any listing updates or changes will be reflected in SikkU within 24 hours. Click here to review how to link your account.

2) Order and Hang SikkU Sign Riders¶

The second critical step is to order and hang SikkU Sign Riders. Please contact a SikkU Representative at signriders@sikku.com for more information and pricing. To order sign riders:

1. Go to www.support.sikku.com homepage and click on “Order Sign Riders” under "Forms & Handouts".
2. Fill out the form and send it to SikkU - Email: signrider@sikku.com, Fax: 520.844.8047
3. Signs are shipped from Tucson, AZ via UPS ground, and orders may take 1-4 days to arrive depending on the destination.
4. Hangs SikkU Sign Riders on all active residential listings.
   

Note: SikkU will only deliver listing information on active residential listings. We also support forms of active contingent. SikkU will not deliver listing information for land, income, commercial, or any property with an off-market status (e.g. pending or inactive). When a property is sold or goes off-market, take down the sign rider and hang it on another active residential listing. Signs are universal and can be reused over and over.
