Before a Real Estate Professional can begin using SikkU, there are a few required steps to complete.
1) Data License Agreement
If the MLS in your area requires Brokers/Agents to complete and submit an IDX/RETS Data License Agreement, SikkU can provide you with the necessary documentation. The Agent and the Designated Broker may be required to sign the agreement and SikkU, as the website provider, will also have a section to complete. Some MLS's have different forms depending on whether the Broker wants to allow only one agent to sign up or the entire Brokerage/office. If you are not sure about the requirements in your area, please contact a SikkU Representative at support@sikku.com or 877-367-4558 for assistance.
Click on the appropriate agreement for your MLS service area. If you do not see your market below, your MLS does not require an IDX/RETS agreement. This form needs to be signed and sent to SikkU - Email: support@sikku.com, Fax: 520.844.8047.

2) Needs Lists
You will also be required to send us some information about your Brokerage. Some MLS's require that you have a Broker Branded Website to deliver listing information. Click on the forms below to see a list of things we need in order to build either a single Agent or an entire Brokerage/office within SikkU. Please send this with your IDX agreement (if applicable) to help expidite the process.
Once we receive your information, it will be sent to the MLS for approval. This can take some time, so please be patient. Every MLS is different and has its own requirments. A SikkU Representative will notify you when you have been approved, when your site has been built, and when you can register for your SikkU Account.
